Product returns
Α. Return of non-defective products – The customer’s right of withdrawal without reason.
The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, without justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
No withdrawals and returns are not allowed:

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform our online store of his decision to withdraw with a clear written statement to be sent by post or e-mail before the 14-day deadline expires.
